It was a great honour and privilege for Don Bosco School to host sports competitions for the Chief Minister’s Cup at the mandal level on the 12th and 13th of December. Over 500 students from 12 schools participated in games like kho kho, kabaddi, volleyball, football and athletics.
The opening ceremony was presided by Mayor Smt. Maddela Latha Prem Goud and Commissioner Sri. Sharath Chandra.
The 2-day event was an incredible opportunity for our students to participate in a range of sports and they went to win a number of gold medals and trophies to qualify for the district level tournaments. Congratulations to all the winners.
With grateful thanks to the school management, our Principial, Rev. Fr. Nathan, and school staff, especially the PE teachers, for organizing this wonderful sports event to provide great opportunities for our future sportsmen and women.
