ADMISSION INTO NURSERY, LKG & CLASSES – VI & VII FOR THE YEAR 2019-20

DIRECTIVES FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

  1. The online application form can be filled from 10th, December -18 to 10th, January- 2019.
  2. Name of the student, Parents Names and Date of birth as per the child birth Certificate only.
  3. Online Registration Fee once paid will not be refunded.
  4. Submission of the application form does not mean that the admission is granted.
  5. All the admissions are subject to availability of seats.
  6. If there is any health issues about the child kindly intimate same and you will have to submit the Doctor certificate.
  7. Please ensure that the following documents (soft copies) are to be attached to complete the application form.

10 Report card (Xerox copy) (In case of UKG and above classes) 2 Mb Optional
  1. It is mandatory to fill all the fields (Mention N.A if Not Applicable)
  2. The Registration Form must be print / save before logout.
  3. The interview date and time will be informed. Kindly attend the interview with the original documents.
