DIRECTIVES FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FORM 2019

  1. The online application form can be filled from 10th, December – 2018 onwards.
  2. Names of the student, Parents and Date of birth as per the child birth Certificate only.
  3. Online Registration Fee once paid will not be refunded.
  4. Submission of the application form does not mean that the admission is granted.
  5. All the admissions are subject to availability of seats.
  6. If there is any health issues about the child kindly intimate the same and you will have to submit the Doctor certificate.
  7. It is mandatory to fill all the fields (Mention N.A if Not Applicable)
  8. The Registration Form must be printed / saved before logout.
  9. Along with filled application form the following documents need to be submit in the school office before the last date.

12 Blood Group Certificate Optional
  1. The interview date and time will be informed through SMS. You can also check the status of your application online also.
  2. Both the parents along with the child are to be present for the interview.
  3. Kindly bring all the original documents for the interview.
  4. Recommendations will not be entertained, such applications will not be considered.
