On June 19th, 2025 Don Bosco School, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad celebrated National Reading Day. It was done during Class 9 Lotus’ school assembly. There was a briefing on P. N. Panicker, described as the “Father of the library movement.” Students ultimately pledged to read more books. Today also marks the start of Reading Month, which runs until July 18th, 2025. Students will continue to take part in National Reading Month by reading books from our school library/digital reading and sending book reviews to our librarian.
